For eligible employees in the private sector and self-employed Ministry of Labor, Welfare and Social Security Support Measures
All beneficiaries must first submit their Bank Account Details electronically at
https://www.pay.sid.mlsi.gov.cy/CovidForms/FormEea006Servlet
to make it possible for those who apply and after examination to qualify for any special allowances pay the benefits directly to their account.
In the second stage, the application for a grant should be completed:
a). For a “special leave” allowance for children up to 15 years of age or for children with disabilities should fill out the form electronically at
https://www.pay.sid.mlsi.gov.cy/CovidForms/FormCovid001Servlet
b). The form has not yet been issued for the remaining benefits.
